Kanji Name Maker is operated by Ratana International LLC (ラタナ・インターナショナル合同会社, Japan) under the kazevy brand ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Email address (collected at Stripe Checkout when you buy)
• The name you type into the generator
• Shipping address (for physical T-shirts, collected at Stripe Checkout)
• T-shirt size and color when you order a shirt
• Google Analytics 4 cookies (client ID, page views, purchase funnel events)

How we use it

We use this data to generate your kanji, fulfill digital downloads and Printify orders, send transactional email (receipt, download link, shipping updates), prevent fraud, and measure product performance.

Third parties we share with

• Stripe — payment processing and checkout
• Printify — print-on-demand manufacturing and shipping
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Analytics — usage analytics

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting. Generated result pages may be retained to serve your download and reprint. Analytics cookies follow Google Analytics default retention. You may request deletion at any time.

Deletion requests

Email support@kazevy.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We will respond within 30 days.

CCPA / US state privacy

California and similar US state residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit an opt-out or "Do Not Sell or Share" request, email support@kazevy.com with the subject "CCPA opt-out".
