Digital downloads

Digital products are non-refundable once the download has started. Please preview your kanji on the result page before you buy.

T-shirts

Because each shirt is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. We will replace or refund shirts with a print defect or a shipping error if you contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and the packing slip.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm the claim.
